Weltevrede Bedrock Black Syrah

Tasting Notes. A Black-Red colour. The nose expresses aromas of Cherry tabacco, dried berries, plums, leather, cigar box and black pepper. On the palate you will experience flavours of Cranberries, coriander, dark chocolate and bitter expresso.

This collection of wines is focused on the soil type of the vineyard and the effect of the soil in the end product. For the Bedrock Black Syrah the roots need to dig down through the cracks in the bedrock to find moisture. The result is very small grapes with lots of intense flavour.
