RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return and request a refund for unopened wines within 10 days of delivery by calling Platform 62 / Wine Experience on 023 615 1834 or e-mail [email protected]. Cancelled and/or returned orders are subject to delivery charges. These charges must be paid by you. However, if the wine you received is different from the wine ordered (eg Viljoensdrift merlot instead of Van Loveren merlot), you will receive a full refund including the shipping.
You should receive your refund within 4 weeks after you have sent your package back to Platform 62. However, in many cases you will receive a faster refund. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your refund as soon as we receive the wine (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note that online store sales from this store are for South African delivery only.
We are very proud of the quality of the wines we sell, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, send an email to [email protected] with the order number.
We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned product.
REFUND POLICY
Platform 62 processes refunds to the credit card used at the time of purchase. In any other case, we will refund you by Electronic Funds Transfer.
