If you’re after a top quality rosé that’s full to the brim with ripe, juicy fruit, you’ll adore Plume Palace. This Shiraz rose from the de Wet family’s Excelsior Estate, boasting an opulent mansion, built on the proceeds of early 20th century ostrich farming.
This is a wine that I, Fanus Bruwer, make for myself to drink because I love a good Rose in summer. The wine is pale pink onionskin in color. Red Berries and cassis on the nose follow through with a juicy fruitiness on the palate and elegant acidity.
Beautiful salmon pink colour. This wine shows prominent raspberry and candy floss flavours on the nose and palate. Good balance between fruit, acidity and sweetness ensures that this wine is a true crowd pleaser. Enjoy with oysters and salads.
