Viljoensdrift Wine
Viljoensdrift is nestled south of the Elandsberg Mountains on the banks the Breede River, the lifeblood of the Robertson Wine Valley. It is home to the Viljoen family whose heritage of winemaking dates back to 1818. When their French Huguenot forefathers first planted vines. Today brothers Fred and Manie Viljoen continue this proud tradition and, after humble beginnings in 1998, they are producing award-winning wines with global appeal.
Viljoensdrift is home to some of the well known wines in the Robertson Wine Valley such as the, Muskapino, River Grandeur Sauvignon Blanc, Anchor Drift wine range, Viljoensdrift Single Vinyard Pinotage, and one of South Africa’s wine blends The Viljoensdrift River Grandeur Cape Blend.
