  • This Sauvignon Blanc incorporates the best of both worlds of the citrus green pepper nose. The elegantly velvety finish with limey undertones pairs very well the minerality only found on the southern terroir of Buitenstekloof.

    Food Pairings
    Grilled Asparagus with lemon, olive oil and feta, Spinach salad with goat’s cheese and figs, Fried Calamari, any white fish done with a sweet red onion sauce.

  • This full-bodied red wine has raspberry, dried fruit and a
    hint of fynbos on the nose with a fruit cake and slight
    toffee taste. Sweet on the front palate with a good long
    dry finish. Something truly unique!!

  • A boutique style Pinotage which infuses fruity aromas with spicy and peppery undertones. It will pair perfectly with curry dishes, bobotie, sushi and game loins.

  • 50% Shiraz, blended with Grenache, Mouvedre, Tinta Amarella, Cab Sauv). A medium bodied wine with firm structure, well-matured tannins and a pleasant dry finish. Aged in 3rd fill French oak barrels. Sweet tobacco, smokiness, caramel and fynbos nose.
